Aviva’s production requirements
With the expansion of its production lines and the steady growth of global demand, Aviva faced the challenge of maintaining extremely high-quality standards while improving the efficiency and flexibility of its industrial processes. The company’s growth has been driven by consolidating its production flow around Bacci technology, primarily used for machining the structural components of furniture within its own portfolio and that of partner companies.
Today, Aviva operates a significant number of Bacci CNC machining centers, each playing a strategic role in daily operations. In this context, investing in multi-axis CNC machining centers proved to be a decisive choice, enabling the combination of speed, versatility and absolute precision, while ensuring impeccable surface quality even on large production volumes.

The machining of structural components is carried out using fourteen Bacci CNC machines dedicated to the precision milling and drilling of legs, stringers and crossbars, ensuring perfect assembly and uncompromised structural stability in the finished furniture.
For the processing of large panels, one of the most recent investments, the Bacci Master, is mainly dedicated to the production of tabletops. This solution makes it possible to handle large surfaces with a high level of detail, transforming composite panels into flawlessly machined tabletops, doors and furniture components.
The versatility and scalability of Bacci machines also allow Aviva to quickly switch from one production reference to another, providing unique market agility and the ability to manage both large-scale production and continuous new product development projects with the same efficiency.
