THE PRODUCTION LINE IS DISTRIBUITED ACROSS TWO ADJACENT FACILITIES. THE MACHINERY IS ASSEMBLED FOLLOWING A CONSTANTLY VERIFED PLANNING PROCESS
Bacci machines are built in a modern environment using cutting-edge procedures. The staff is highly skilled, works under optimal conditions, and operates in complete safety. Each phase of production is recorded and transmitted to management and control software, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
DIGITAL SUPPORT FOR ASSEMBLY
Screens are used for viewing 3D drawings, diagrams, and assembly procedures to assist assemblers in their work. Each technician is updated and informed through large LCD screens.
IN-HOUSE COMPONENT PRODUCTION
All mechanical components, including large structures, are worked on at the Bacci Meccanica facility, located next to the assembly areas. Each component undergoes strict quality control procedures.
AUTOMATED VERTICAL WAREHOUSES
Production efficiency begins with the storage of all components required for machine assembly and their "just-in-time" delivery to the assembly lines, which request them digitally. The integration of numerous automated vertical warehouses has significantly improved warehouse logistics by reducing storage space, speeding up picking times, and eliminating errors.
CONSTANT MONITORING
The entire production process, from the initial assembly to the final testing of the completed machine, is continuously monitored and verified. The careful control of each phase allows us to manage assembly times with precision and plan deliveries to meet established deadlines. For each assembly line, a large LCD screen provides information about the assembled item, the involved assemblers, and real-time production times.

A 12,000 SQM production complex in the heart of Tuscany
We manufacture entirely in Italy (2025 Made in Italy certification), specifically in Cascina — a town located 15 km from Pisa and 60 km from Florence, in the heart of Tuscany. Our production facilities are located next to each other, and a new plant dedicated to the construction of large customized machines is currently under development.
