In nesting operations, compared to a traditional pantograph, MASTER CUT reduces material waste by using very thin blades, thereby maximizing the number of components obtained for a given panel size.
ROTATING BLADE +/-90° FOR MORE RELIABLE AND PRECISE CUTTING
In the MASTER CUT, the upper and lower blade guides are synchronously controlled by two independent servo motors, ensuring optimal cutting conditions and maximum reliability of the rotating system.
BOOST YOUR PRODUCTIVITY
With its robust clamps and extended stroke, MASTER CUT can clamp elements or stacks of panels up to a maximum thickness of 150mm, thereby increasing its daily productivity.
AUTOMATIC LOADER
Facilitate the loading of large panels by equipping the machine with an automatic loader capable to stacks panels up to a maximum height of 700mm and a maximum weight of 3,000 kg.
