UNMATCHED MECHANICS
To eliminate vibrations, the FC carriages are supported by oversized cast iron side panels and connected to a thick, ribbed tubular base with a honeycomb structure. The extremely smooth movement of its operating units, due to the use of the best ball bushings on tempered bars, allows for the execution of more complex profiles. Finally, to ensure maximum reliability, the spindles, which rotate at 10,000 RPM without end support, are equipped with double angular contact bearings.

MACHINE SET-UP MADE EASY
To allow for quick set-up, the FC is equipped with spindles featuring height indicators and pressure plates with graduated scales for longitudinal, transverse, and angular positioning. Additionally, the operator can easily access the intermediate cutting units for rapid tool changes, thanks to the movable side panel that creates a 60 cm (PATENT) space inside the heads.
TABLE RETURN SPEED 100 M/MIN
The worktable slides on ground steel bars using self-lubricating bronze slides. The high return speed of the table (100 m/min) is made possible by a high-efficiency hydraulic power unit and effective end-of-stroke braking
