DOUBLE PRODUCTIVITY FOR ALL DOOR JOINTS
The two operating heads, working simultaneously on the same component, double the speed of operations for which the workstation has been specifically designed: from the common tenon-and-mortise joint, to the robust finger-joint, from the refined French joint, to all possible joints for assembling cabinet door frames. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system.

The extreme robustness of the operating heads and the special miter clamps, combined with precise laser calibration of linear and rotary axes, ensure high standards of precision and repeatability essential in kitchen cabinet door production.
FROM THE SMALLER TO THE BIGGER
Thanks to the special design of the miter clamps, it is possible to work with very small components such as drawer fronts (120mm) up to very large components like face frames (3000mm).
AUTOMATIC STRAIGHTENER
For long pieces with narrow sections that are likely misaligned, EVOJET MITER features an automatic piece straightening system, highly appreciated by all users for preserving precision and minimizing waste.
SOLUTIONS FOR EVERY PRODUCTIVITY CAPACITY
To meet different productivity needs, the MITRE range for cabinet components is also available with a single operating head and one or two work tables: the MASTER MITRE model.
SUPER FAST BATCH ONE
The automatic and simultaneous positioning of clamps, activated by barcode or .csv file, allows for the processing of cabinet door components of different dimensions one after the other. Furthermore, the two multi-spindle operating heads, each with four tool holders, enable the execution of all necessary joint operations without the need for automatic or manual tool changes.
