When the time comes to choose your professional path, theory is no longer enough. You need to see technology in action, understand its real value, and experience firsthand what your future could look like. With this spirit, we opened the doors of our company to the students of the 5th year of ITI Da Vinci in Pisa.

Together with their teacher, the students were welcomed and guided into the heart of our production, where skills, precision, and innovation come together every day to create highly specialized professions. The day began in our showroom, where the students were able to observe the machines at work and get a concrete idea of what they would discover next. From there, the visit led them step-by-step through the process that brings the final product to life.

We showed them the various production departments, explaining the roles, tasks, and the importance of each phase within the manufacturing process. The visit then continued to our sister company, Bacci Meccanica. Here, the students were able to see how the structure of our machines — and much more — is created, observing both CNC and traditional machines in operation. They interacted with department managers, watched tool calibration procedures, and experienced firsthand what could one day become their professional path.

The day concluded with an address by Giuseppe Bacci, who shared what it means to be part of the Paolino Bacci family and, above all, the importance of learning how to “choose” at their age: to make thoughtful decisions that reflect their true aspirations and who they want to become.
