Not just companies. Over the two weeks of our Open House, we also had the pleasure of opening our doors to schools and universities.
We welcomed students and teachers, giving them the opportunity to discover a Tuscan industrial company located just a short distance from where they live—one that offers real opportunities for employment, growth, and future development.
We strongly believe in the value of these moments. For us, they are a chance to listen, understand what younger generations are looking for, and engage with their vision of today’s working world. For students, these visits represent an important step in shaping their future—helping them define their goals, explore new paths, and experience the industrial environment firsthand.

During the company tour, students had the opportunity to step into the heart of Paolino Bacci’s production: exploring different departments, observing ongoing processes, asking questions, and interacting directly with our technicians.
The experience concluded with live demonstrations, where students could dive deeper into technical aspects and see some of our key solutions in action—including the Master Pro with Biblion, the latest developments in our turning solutions, and some of the machines that have shaped our history.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Robotics Engineering Faculty of the University of Pisa and to the two final-year mechanical classes from the ITI of Livorno for visiting us.
