Curiosity, inspiration, and openness to new horizons: these are the values that guide us when we open our doors to young talents. On November 25th, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from the University of Florence, accompanied by Professor Gianni Campatelli.

After a warm welcome in the heart of our company, our showroom, the students had the opportunity to explore the advanced technology behind our cutting-edge solutions. Guided by Engineer Fabio Gini, they were able to see firsthand what they usually study in academic manuals.

Once the technical presentation was over, the students, together with Paolino Bacci technicians, followed the entire production process that turns a project into a finished product. From the warehouse department to the various production stations, passing through our sister company Bacci Meccanica and reaching our new facility, they were able to witness the latest innovations in robotic integration.

The day concluded back in the showroom, with several live demonstrations of different machining processes. In particular, the students had the chance to see our Master Green in action, an innovative solution that enhances production efficiency without compromising environmental sustainability, and the T4MO CNC PLUS, the fastest Paolino Bacci lathe on the market, capable of combining milling, sanding, and dual electrospindle operations that greatly expand its potential.
