The service is designed to provide customers with:

  • Support to clear mechanical, electrical, software and programming problems
  • Software upgrading
  • Retrofitting of mechanical parts and hardware/software implementation
  • REMOTE TELESERVICE: Our remote diagnosis module allows the BACCI service center to communicate directly and in real time with the CN of the machine and of any customer work station, to verify error messages and decipher malfunctions in the Hardware or Software systems of the Numerical Control, and possible clear and reset the difficulties on-line. The system may also be equipped with one or more web-cams and audio devices to view and monitor mechanical parts, electronic components and systems.
