A new facility with dedicated spaces for automation and well-being

August 2025 marks a milestone for Paolino Bacci with the inauguration of our new facility — a ___ m² structure designed with clear objectives: improving the well-being of our people and creating dedicated spaces for innovation, training, and industrial automation.

Space designed for people

This project was born from a simple idea with a big goal: to provide modern, bright, and welcoming work environments.

• New locker rooms | spacious, functional, and equipped with every comfort, to start and end the workday in the best possible way.

• Company canteen | a place to share lunch, socialize, and exchange ideas.

• Meeting room | equipped with the most advanced technologies to ensure efficient, uninterrupted meetings.

• Bacci Academy | a multifunctional conference hall dedicated to training courses, technical workshops, and events.

New offices and growing teams

The spaces in the new facility have been designed to make offices as open and collaborative as possible. Here, the software and service departments are joined by new teams dedicated to industrial robotics and to the Bacci Automation division, increasingly strategic for the development of cutting-edge solutions.

A production area for innovation

At the technological core of the new facility is the production area, dedicated to:

• tailor-made special machines,

• integrated systems with robotic automation,

• automated production lines.
