Machines in evolution: this is Bacci.

Spring 2024 will be full of news for BACCI. Or rather, renewals. In particular, two solid wood turning machines will be presented in April in their “advanced” versions: the T4MO CNC PLUS and the POWERLATHE. Both models, in their original versions, have already been known and appreciated by the market for years—indeed, the T4MO CNC was even awarded the 2022 Challengers Award at the IWF trade fair in the United States.

The drive for technological evolution that has always characterized BACCI once again led our engineers not to settle for results already achieved. From this forward-looking approach came two particularly interesting upgrades for the solid wood component turning market.

Highe-level machining and increased productivity. Performance improvement is already here.

For the T4MO CNC PLUS, the 4 vertical inline cutters are now complemented by a dual-output 4-axis electro-spindle capable of completing all required operations. With this machine, the production of chair and furniture parts, gunstocks, tool handles, coat hangers, sporting goods, musical instruments, and more reaches an entirely new level.

The new release of the POWERLATHE, with its patented quadruple turning axis, now integrates four additional 4-axis spindles. This allows machining operations performed by the electro-spindles to take place simultaneously on four pieces, further increasing daily productivity and making this model one of the most innovative and competitive on the market.

Also in April, BACCI will present further technological innovations for the door and panel market, with increasingly advanced integrations between machining centers and automation.
