LIGNA2025: innovation, sustainability and automation serving the woodworking industry.

In May 2025 we took center stage at LIGNA, the international woodworking trade fair in Hannover. For Paolino Bacci, LIGNA has never been just another exhibition: it is an event we have attended since its very first edition and, despite the evolution of the global market, it continues to be the worldwide benchmark for those seeking excellence in woodworking machinery.

Behind the five days of the fair was an enormous effort: over 1,000 m² of exhibition space, dozens of technicians and software engineers involved, logistics and assembly to coordinate. A true team effort that allowed us to showcase our CNC machines and new solutions in industrial automation at their best.

At our booth, visitors had the chance to see five machines at work—tangible proof of our commitment to efficiency, precision, and flexibility:

• DOUBLE JET -The historic dual-head CNC machine, unique worldwide, designed to double your productivity.

• ICON - Our multifunction turning center, integrating turning, milling, and sanding.

• T4MO CNC PLUS - The new machine that combines all post-turning operations, reducing production times even on small batches.

Alongside these established models, we introduced two major innovations that bring a new vision of customized production and sustainability in woodworking:

• MASTER GREEN - The evolution of our solid fixed-portal machine with a focus on sustainability. It incorporates all the technologies needed to reduce consumption, lower costs, and improve environmental impact. A decisive step towards Industry 5.0.

• MASTER ZERO POINTS - PDesigned for small batches and tailor-made production, with an innovative quick-locking system to ensure maximum precision and speed. 

Bacci Automation: the future of automation is already here.

The fair was also an opportunity to highlight our Bacci Automation division, which demonstrated how industrial robotics and automation can transform production. Showcased solutions included:

• MASTER PRO - A multi-unit CNC machining center with a robotic loading and unloading system. 

• BIBLYON - Our proprietary automated handling system for semi-finished products, capable of managing up to 3,500 pieces in a compact space.
