The BACCI services office offers to existing and potential customers a consultancy and analysis service, providing simulations and tests in order to be able to valuate feasibility, various production alternatives and a real-time estimate of cycle times, thereby allowing the customer to evaluate the actual payback on the investment.

On customer request, we also carry out machining tests on the machine, even on materials alternative to wood, such as:

• Plastic materials
• Acrylics
• Resins
• Aluminum alloys
• Carbon fibers

At the end of each test or demo, we will provide a detailed report accompanied by a list of the operations and qualitative/quantitative analyses carried out, including considerations and suggestions to help the customer choose the optimal solution and best possible configuration for the production line.
