The SHARP.LINER numerically controlled 5-axes machining center is a new concept for the batch 1 production of doors/windows/cabinet doors, which combines the highest possible flexibility with high-range production output, thanks to the fast numerically controlled positioning of the motorized clamps, the automatic loading/unloading system and the PITAGORA parametric programming system.

Working Tables
REINFORCED CLAMPS
Reinforced clamps with large loading depth for machining operations that entails heavy-duty chip removal. Each clamp is equipped with adjustable side stops in the Y direction (a BACCI patent) not only for piece unloading but also to automatically manage the different depths of the pieces themselves. Clamp positioning in the X direction is motorized.
Operative Heads
T2+2 HEAD TYPE
A single fork holding two double-exit electric spindles placed in cross position and extremely compact. The opposite exits of the same spindle rotate in opposite directions.

T3F HEAD TYPE
A double fork that holds 3 independent electric spindles with a coplanar tangential configuration, ideal for machining operations that require a spindle (Folding spindle) with compact overall dimensions.The “Folding” electro spindle makes it possible to machine pieces at the same level as the working table surface without any risk of collisions with the working table itself (for example: Folding operations with a circular blade).
Operative Heads
DRILLING UNIT
Multiple Drilling unit with 5-7 (or more) independent spindles (fuses) with 32 mm pitch, either vertical or vertical/horizontal. Positioned on a skid that rotates 360° around the C axis. Our exclusive PITAGORA software automatically optimizes the sequence and the choice of machining spindles, based on the layout and inter-axis distance of the holes to be drilled.
Feeding Systems
FEEDING SYSTEM
All LINER series machines may be equipped with a system of conveyor belts with 1 or 2 levels (based on the machine model), equipped with outfeeding/infeeding buffers that provide continuous machining center feeding in line with other machines. The sawing unit is used to cutoff elements for batch 1 production.
