MASTER.MOULD is an extremely rigid machining center with 5 axes ideal for machining composite materials, resins, plastic, corian, and for light machining on aluminum and wood.
The 5 axes head has a 20HP spindle with liquid cooling and tool changing spindle. The working table is composed of an aluminum monolithic monoblock with T-grooves to mechanically fix the details.

Working Tables
ALUMINUM TABLES
Working tables made of solid aluminum up to 100mm thickness. The surface may be with threated holes or with T-groove tracks to fix pieces, templates or various kinds of equipment. It is ideal for machining sturdy components that require peculiar piece anchoring, or materials such as aluminum, for which tools need to be lubricated. The X/Y measurements of the working tables may be customized on request.
Operative Heads
T1D HEAD TYPE
A double, over-sized fork made of hardened aluminum to ensure absolute rigidity, which houses 1 mono-spindle motor. Available with different motor powers and RPM; with air or liquid cooling based on the applications for which it is intended. The motor power and the elevated torque make this the ideal head for machining aluminum alloy elements, with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL).

T1M HEAD TYPE
A single-arm rigid and compact fork made of special hardened aluminum that houses 1 electric spindle. Ideal for machining operations that requires minimum overall dimensions such as, for example, machining of moulds or machining plastic materials, complex bended cabinets, or in general machining operations in which is necessary to have compact dimensions of the operative head.
