EVOLUTION is a double machining center equipped with two independent operating units with 5+5 interpolated axes, to perform machining on the same piece with both heads or two different pieces at the same time.

TGV TABLES
Variable geometry tables (a Bacci patent). The machine is fed by a large, rotating table (EVO-TRC) that in a single cycle is capable of transferring 2, 4 or more pieces, either the same or different from one another, to the operating units. Feeding time, considering the amount of pieces that may be loaded on the table, is very fast, which means that the EVOLUTION machine may also be used for the production of limited series. The 4 T.G.V. variable geometry tables (a BACCI patent) allow the operating units to reach all 6 faces of each element, including the lower and upper face.

T2 HEAD TYPE
A single fork holding a double-exit spindle with compact dimensions. Typically used for machining that does not require numerous tools (2 maximum), for example for machining wood shells or milling plastic components after pressing.

T2+2 HEAD TYPE
A single fork holding two double-exit electric spindles placed in cross position and extremely compact. The opposite exits of the same spindle rotate in opposite directions.
