The EVOJET.LINER double head, numerically controlled machining center, equipped with two independent working tables, 4 or more reinforced clamps per table and an automated loading/unloading system, is extremely well-suited to the production of elements for doors in batch 1, also thanks to the PITAGORA parametric programming software, the automatic reading of blank size, to sawing unit and to the fast positioning of the motorized clamps.

REINFORCED CLAMPS
Reinforced clamps with large loading depth for machining operations that entails heavy-duty chip removal.
Each clamp is equipped with adjustable side stops in the Y direction (a BACCI patent) not only for piece unloading but also to automatically manage the different depths of the pieces themselves. Clamp positioning in the X direction is motorized.

A single fork holding two double-exit electric spindles placed in cross position and extremely compact. The opposite exits of the same spindle rotate in opposite directions.

DRILLING UNIT
Multiple Drilling unit with 5-7 (or more) independent spindles (fuses) with 32 mm pitch, either vertical or vertical/horizontal. Positioned on a skid that rotates 360° around the C axis. Our exclusive PITAGORA software automatically optimizes the sequence and the choice of machining spindles, based on the layout and inter-axis distance of the holes to be drilled.

LOADING/UNLOADING IN 2 LEVELS
Thanks to the loading/unloading system on two levels with belt conveyor (a BACCI patent), stand-by time between one load and another is reduced to a minimum. In fact, thanks to the two-level system, the blank is already in loading position when the stops unload the finished piece.

FEEDING SYSTEM
All LINER series machines may be equipped with a system of conveyor belts with 1 or 2 levels (based on the machine model), equipped with outfeeding/infeeding buffers that provide continuous machining center feeding in line with other machines. The sawing unit is used to cutoff elements for batch 1 production.
