ADJUSTABLE CLAMPS
Pneumatic clamps with a double reference system (Bacci patent), that clamp from the top downwards or from the bottom upwards, with adjustable height and tiltable reference stops, making it possible to adjust the system to the shape of the piece being machined without the need for jigs. Extremely sturdy and with a double stem (30mm diam.) to ensure efficient clamping action even during operations that entail the removal of large amounts of material.

T2 HEAD TYPE
A single fork holding a double-exit spindle with compact dimensions. Typically used for machining that does not require numerous tools (2 maximum), for example for machining wood shells or milling plastic components after pressing.

A single fork holding two double-exit electric spindles placed in cross position and extremely compact. The opposite exits of the same spindle rotate in opposite directions.

AUTOMATIC HOPPER FEEDER CSF2
The automatic hopper feeder model CSF2 (patented) has a double clamping system (from the bottom upwards and vice versa) using two jigless clamps that makes it possible to choose the desired surface of reference to join mortise+tenon. The CSF2 hopper feeder guarantees the absolute lack of clearance, thereby eliminating the need for periodic registration. Synchronized piece loading and unloading drastically reduces production time. The piece unloading table is ergonomically positioned to allow an easy collection of machined pieces.
