skilled technicians are available to make certain any “downtime” is
reduced to an absolute minimum.
TELESERVICE
Our technical staff is available at any time, not only to answer questions
about particular production applications but also to troubleshoot mechanical,
electrical, or electronic problems.
REMOTE SERVICE
In order to verify error messages and/or to decipher problems with the Hardware
or Software systems of the Numerical Control, our Service Center personnel
and the end-user can establish an on-line connection with the CNC machine.
Assistance on-line is often the fastest solution to a problem. The customer
can even install a web-cam with an audio-device to simplify the display and
monitoring of mechanical parts and electrical components.
